CEO & Founder

Nolan Chabert

After beginning his career in creative production and editing, Nolan Chabert founded VTConnect in Malaysia, where he managed all aspects of a solo business, including client relations, content production, and business development. He later expanded into talent management within the VTuber industry, working with agencies such as Brave Group VTuber Divisions for editing support and coordination, as well as multiple indie talents, where he handled partnerships, sponsorships, and content strategy. In 2024, he joined VeXpo as a Stage Director & Talent Manager, overseeing guest relations, coordination, and on-site operations for the event. Building on his experience in both creative and management roles, he went on to found Veizo, an entertainment company focused on connecting Japanese and international creators through content production, live events, and cross-market collaborations. Since 2025, he has been leading Veizo as CEO, developing partnerships across Japan, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, while working with major industry partners and events such as Offkai Expo and Brave Group. Through his work, he continues to create opportunities that bridge the gap between Western and Japanese entertainment markets.

David Cruit

After beginning his professional career in the anime localization industry at Iyuno (formerly SDI Media) in the fall of 2019, David Cruit joined Crunchyroll as an ADR Engineer in 2023, where he recorded voice actors and handled dialogue editing and synchronization for the English dubs of hit series including Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, Spy×Family, and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. That same year, he became a full-time investor in the VTuber industry. Since mid-2023, he has served as Chairman and CFO of Vexpo (VTuber Expo) while also acting as CFO and Director of Veizo. In these roles, he remains actively involved with both organizations, leveraging his industry experience to support their shared mission of connecting Japanese and international creators through innovative content production, live events, and cross-market collaborations.

Malo Dupont

After touring with several artists since 1999, Malo Dupont began his live event career with Hellfest Production in 2008, where he spent four years as a green room manager. He then transitioned to freelance work as an event consultant, collaborating with a wide range of companies to develop and sustain successful events across sports, arts, crafts, and music. In 2024, he joined VeXpo as a stage director, before taking on the role of talent manager for its second edition. After supporting Veizo as a freelancer in 2025, he now serves as a head of operations since 2026.

Natsumi Suzuki

Natsumi began her career by pursuing a wide range of creative endeavors, eventually building a successful social media presence centered around animal welfare, conservation, and the stigmas surrounding different animals and creatures around the world. Through her artwork and short-form content, she has developed a strong understanding of digital content creation and audience engagement, with her work reaching millions of views on Instagram. Alongside her creative activities, Natsumi developed extensive hands-on experience in managing online sales and digital storefronts. Over the years, she gained knowledge in inventory management, customer service, order fulfillment, sales operations, and the day-to-day management of online businesses. She also developed a particular strength in cost optimization and profit maximization, consistently looking for ways to achieve the best possible results while minimizing unnecessary expenses and resource waste. Building on this experience, Natsumi joined Veizo to contribute to the company's operational and financial efficiency. As a native Japanese speaker, she plays an important role in supporting communication with Japanese clients and partners, helping ensure smooth coordination and a high-quality experience for everyone working with Veizo. Within Veizo, she focuses particularly on cost and resource optimization, helping ensure that both client budgets and Veizo's internal resources are utilized as efficiently as possible. By combining her creative background, experience managing online businesses, customer-oriented approach, and strong understanding of cost efficiency, Natsumi helps Veizo maximize the value of its projects while maintaining a high standard of service across both Japanese and international operations.

Katie
Project Manager

Katie Ishioka

Katie began her career in the creative and animation field, developing a strong foundation in illustration, animation, and storyboarding while studying at ArtCenter, where she graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Fine Art. She also gained extensive Japanese language and cultural experience through study abroad programs at Osaka Gakuin University and Osaka University of Arts, ultimately achieving JLPT N1 certification in 2022 and continuing her studies at an advanced level. She co-directed and organized a team of approximately 20 artists for a short film/trailer production, overseeing the creative production process over three months. She also gained experience in the live-action film industry and developed a strong understanding of the creative pipeline behind illustrations, animation, logos, and graphic design. After working at Librarie Media, a bilingual English/Japanese animation and storytelling startup, where she contributed to animation and storyboarding, she set sail onto Veizo. Alongside her professional experience, she has developed familiarity with the VTuber and virtual entertainment industry through both her work and personal interests, including knowledge of VTuber culture, terminology, content production, and conventions.
